Refund & cancellation policy
Last updated 23 October 2026
This policy explains how payments, cancellations and refunds work for Coaching by Iz plans. Please read it before you sign up.
The free discovery call
The 15-minute discovery call is free. You won’t be asked for payment details to book it.
How billing works
Plans are billed monthly in advance, in Australian dollars, through Stripe. Your first payment is taken when you sign up, and your plan then renews automatically on the same date each month until you cancel.
No change-of-mind refunds
Because your coaching is personalised and I start preparing your program as soon as you sign up, payments are non-refundable for change of mind. This includes:
- changing your mind after you’ve paid
- part of a month you don’t use
- missed check-ins, sessions or calls
- not following the program
Cancelling your plan
You can cancel any time. There’s no lock-in contract and no cancellation fee. Cancel through the Manage my subscription link in your welcome email, or email me, before your next billing date. You’ll keep full access until the end of the month you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
If you cancel after a renewal payment has gone through, that month isn’t refundable for change of mind.
None of this affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (below), or a refund of unused paid time if I end your coaching, as set out in the terms of service.
Injury, illness or pregnancy
If you’re injured, unwell or pregnant and need a break, get in touch. We can pause your plan or adapt your program, whichever suits your situation best.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or changes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that can’t be excluded. If a service isn’t provided with due care and skill, or isn’t delivered as described, you may be entitled to a remedy, which can include a refund.
